Welcome to the Hancock County Speedway web site. My name is Joe Ringsdorf and I will be the promoter for the 2010 season. I currently promote the Fairmont Raceway in Fairmont, MN; Algona Raceway in Algona, IA; I-35 Speedway in Mason City, IA; and also run some specials at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Spencer , IA. All tracks will be running IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Hobby Stocks, unsanctioned Hornets and in Algona Cruisers. Track Rules and fees will all be the same. We are selling 10 & 20 punch passes that will be honored at each track except at the Clay County Fairgrounds. We will be running Thursday nights beginning May 20, 2010 except on the Thursdays when we will be running at the Clay County Fairgrounds. We hope you will make plans to attend the races this year. General admission for regular shows at the Hancock County Speedway will be $10.00 * 6-12 yrs - $3 * 5 yrs and under - Free     Family Pass will also be available weekly at a rate of $25 and includes (2) Parents and (2) youth over 6 yrs!!!  Must be family only!  Pit Pass will be $25 for ALL Shows!!!

The Hancock County Speedway is located south east of Britt, Iowa. 

From US Highway 18 turn south on Main Avenue (R-35).  Drive south through town to 220th Street.  Turn east on 220th Street and go .5 miles to Jewel Avenue.  Turn north on Jewel Avenue, go .01 miles and turn east into the Hancock County Fairgrounds.
